The Key to a $1.3 Trillion Opportunity

A new trend in real estate is making the most expensive properties obtainable. It’s called co-ownership, and it’s revolutionizing the $1.3T vacation home market.

The company leading the trend? Pacaso. Created by the founder behind a $120M prior exit, Pacaso turns underutilized luxury properties into fully-managed assets and makes them accessible to the broadest possible market.

The result? More than $1B in transactions and service fees, 2,000+ happy homeowners, and over $110m in gross profit to date for Pacaso.

With rapid international growth and 41% gross profit growth last year alone, Pacaso is hitting their stride. They even recently reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.

The same VCs that backed Uber, eBay, and Venmo also backed Pacaso. Join them as a Pacaso shareholder before the opportunity ends September 18.

China will hold a massive military parade tomorrow with a who's who of Western adversaries in attendance.

  • What's happening: Beijing will host a Victory Day celebration to commemorate the 80th anniversary of Japan's formal surrender to end World War II. It will be one of the biggest military parades in Chinese history.

  • Guest list: Russian President Vladimir Putin, North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un and Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian are expected to join Chinese President Xi Jinping in Tiananmen Square along with other African and Asian leaders. Slovakia is the only European Union/NATO member expected to attend.

  • Follow up: The parade comes after Jinping and Putin broke bread with Indian President Narendra Modi at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit last week. New Delhi is seeking closer ties with Moscow and warming to China amid trade-driven tensions with President Donald Trump's administration.

  • Big picture: China is expected to use the parade to show off its military might as it seeks to counter American dominance and pull closer to major nations who are not aligned with Washington. Beijing is also working to diminish the American role in ending World War II.
